What is NLP?
NLP is an approach to applied psychology that enables us to reveal the resources within each of us and to improve individual strategies to achieve desired changes. It is based on the understanding and decoding of "patterns" of excellence, and puts into practice techniques for change.
Who is NLP for?
NLP is aimed at anyone wishing to improve their understanding of how humans function and increase their ability to achieve their goals, have harmonious relationships and enhance their own performance.
NLP is highly sought-after by professionals in the helping professions (coaches, psychotherapists, doctors, social workers, paramedics, etc.), as well as those whose work involves human contact (managers, salespeople, teachers, etc.),
